Births, Deaths, and Marriages immediately reminded me of Four Weddings and a Funeral and One Day. The former, because of the number of events that occurred, what occurred at the events, and the same level of drama and subtle humor.
I appreciated the references to Back to the Future, the thoughts shared about stepping away from poetry, and the eventual persistence for the poet to continue to display their art.
